Summary: Leg one was widely held to be the most annoying ever. It was a flowchart leg in the Canyon Park area, just off Bothell-Everett highway and 228th. An image of the flowchart and map of the area are the best way to visualize this. Leg two began at the exit of Canyon Park and proceeded North and East to highway 9, Snohomish Road, Cathcart and a transit through Snohomish to a checkpoint on Bunk Foss road. Leg three looped North through Machias before turning back South and a final checkpoint behind the strip malls of Monroe. The finish was at Alfy's Pizza in Monroe. There were 34 cars entered.
