NoAlibi Checkout

Two weeks before the rally Eric and Steve and Kirk and Joel did a checkout run to verify the route.  After discovering that the very first sign was missing we moved on to a smooth run of the 2004 course. 

The course is all new for 2004, visiting the lower left corner of Washington for a change.
