The start location for the 2004 Raindrop Rally is the Silverdale Waterfront Park in Old Town Silverdale. The address is 3337 NW Byron St, Silverdale, WA 98383. The park is located at the eastern end of NW Byron St. We hav permission to use the parking lot at the bank across the street from the park (the one with the signs that say no, way, no how should you park here). Registration is at one of the covered picnic areas in the park. There are bathrooms in the park. If you're leaving a car at the start please park it in the Port Parking or on the street and not at business park (bank). Moorage is also available at the park. Since I live in North Seattle I take the Edmonds Ferry to Kingston and then head toward Poulsbo to get to 3. Coming from downtown Seattle you'll want the Bainbridge Ferry. Exit 3 at the Newberry Hill Rd exit, which is south of the mall part of Silverdale. Turn east onto NW Newberry Hill Rd (left if coming from the north, right if coming from the south) and head for the water. Drive about .7 of a mile and turn right at the light at NW Byron St, "Farmland" store is on the far corner. Drive down NW Byron St nearly to the end, see above about parking. Services (gas, auto parts stores, fast food, etc.) are available north on Silverdale Way.
